The transaction fee covers the costs of processing your order, producing your tickets, and in the case of postal delivery, the packing and delivery of the tickets to you.

The fee applies to postal, print-at-home and e-tickets and contributes to the costs of: credit card and payment processing fees; ticketing technology; onsite scanning staff; customer services; and the administration involved in the processing, production and issuing of your tickets, as well as ensuring safe and secure access to the event.

The Groups booking fee applies when you purchase 10 or more tickets in one transaction via our Groups Reservations Team. This fee supports the additional services provided as part of a personalised group-booking experience, including the option of and dedicated assistance with reservations, bespoke support and coordinated booking management.

All fees apply per transaction, not per ticket.

For example, if you purchase six standard tickets, you pay one £4.25 transaction fee; if you make a qualifying Groups booking, you pay one £8.00 Groups booking fee.
